"Free Trade," as practiced, is essentially lawless, which is its single most significant vice.
There are laws which govern driving on the highway and the analogy holds: those laws (some of which are silly, I admit,) are written for the benefit of society as a whole.
In other words, the restrictions placed on speed have to do with the greater good of all.
Capital, unrestricted, is JUST as dangerous as labor, unrestricted,, or Governmnent, unrestricted.
