I've been thinking. Isn't it really the Congress that's to blame for allowing the love affair with Mexico's V. Fox to come to this?

Sure, W's President - but he's not King of the US. Aren't the wet noodle GOP'ers in the House and Senate really the ones to point the finger at? Take spending. The image of Bush as a drunken sailor comes to mind, but it's Congress who writes the checks. Of course the problem is that few in Congress has either a spine or any national pride at all.

That's the way our nation was set up and for this reason. Am I wrong?

Right and wrong. True about those in congress, but leaders set the tone and agenda.

Perhaps that's what the dynasty has in mind, buttressed by the support of compliant peons imported from a country that has never known freedom.
