Why dont you conservatives look at the big picture. Judges. Once your boy Kerry gets in office we are looking at possibly 3 Supremes and they will all decide international law trumps the Constitution and if you deny that I question your credibility. If tax cuts, PBA ban, brilliant war on terror ( and Bush is the ONLY guy who would fight it as a war), attempt to install conservative judges, getting out of Kyoto, and standing up to the UN numerous times is not good enough then you will never be happy. NONE of the above would have been accomplished under Kerry, on the contrary they would be the opposite.

And they won't shove through Estrada and the others the Dims don't want. Instead of breaking the filibusters, they recess so the Dims can keep doing it. And all we've got is one recess-appointment (Pickering) and even he isn't actually secure yet as the Dims will have another shot to defeat him.

We'll only get more Souters at this rate. And it's almost impossible to ever get a filibuster-proof majority in the Senate.
