Your tag line is so true. Just go into any government agency or office and you realize very fast about being ruled versus being governed. I am an attorney and frequently must go to various offices etc etc. I know the ropes only to a degree, but the way some of the staff act towards the citizens is just appalling. Seeing the situation from the inside out is a lot different than the seeing it from the outside in. Trust me, it is worse from within.

Chris, thank you for your reply. I agree with you. They tell you to write your State Legislators and Federal govt people if you would like to comment on something, but they never reply. In other words, they have goals in mind, and nothing is going to change them, no matter how much we comment or complain. I believe the situation is worse from within as you say.
