You're right sanjacjake, that's a good reason to vote for him. Some people may say that they voted for him last time in the hope of more conservative judges and that hasn't really happened yet, so they won't bother to do it again.

But Bush has been trying to get conservatives judges in position for possible Supreme Court appointments. Who has thwarted him at every turn? CONGRESS.
