No one should be surprised at anything "Comrade" Mugabe does.
Why isn't it reported? Because he was the darling of the West just a few years ago. A black communist, nationalist who overthrew a white government in Africa.
It fit the liberal western profile. In a word, he was 'Hip'.
If he had died he would have been a modern Che.

Yes, it is. I understand that they all gave up their guns prior to the land seizuresGun control is always the first step in setting up a populace for genocide/asset seizure/etc.

She should stay there. She helped put Mugabe in power.

I think it would be best to kill the bastard, but those people aren't in a position to accomplish that. they should leave, and then return with reinforcements - the cavalry, so to speak. Form an underground, get some munitions in there. If they're going to fight, make it count. Otherwise just give it up. Letting Mugabe kill you is the stupidest solution of all.

"Did anyone ever make a documentary about what happened in Rwanda?"
There is a movie called "Hotel Rwanda" based on a true story about what happened there and one man's resistance. It is very well done and is available on DVD. As you can imagine, it is not a happy movie.

I lobbied to prevent Rhodesia and South Africa from being sacrificed on the altar of Political Correctness, for whatever it's worth. And I lost that battle. Africa wins again.
