Do you think that Kerry, Clark or Dean will change their position on giving the UN more say in our foreign policy? Russian and French nationals were the largest recipients and both countries have veto power in the Security Council. Besides these oil vouchers France also benefited from the Food For Oil program by having had about four billion dollars deposited in their banks some of which may still be there.

Well, the dimocrats certainly aren't going to say that Bush was right. They may use the euphemism "International Cooperation" as a surrogate for the U.N. This scandal has a stench factor that may be unrivalled in recent history (which includes the Clintons) but being against "International Cooperation" will still sound like being against mom and apple pie.
