At least Bush always openly stated he favored some sort of "Guest Worker" programs when he ran in 2000.
Arnold clearly lied to get elected.
If people want to punish him, they should vote against the bond - then that will cause him some real problems.

Yeah, I hope the bond fails in March. Arnold would then have to show the world how "fiscally conservative" he is.
