The Oklahomans I know are saying that Rep. Blackburn is A LOT better than having Dean or Kerry in the state legislature, who would have proposed at least a $20 tax-filing tax.
We should keep things in perspective.

My perspective is--paying taxes on taxes is outrageous. She's not in my district, so I can't vote against her. But that doesn't mean we can't alert people to this despicable scheme.

We should keep things in perspective. That's right. Look at the big picture. We are fighting a WAR here, and people want to complain about a little $10- tax. Blackburn may not be perfect, but where else are you gonna go?
