Just got this from longtermmemory by mail, sounds logical to me (not concerning his guilt, but his likelihood of getting off...)

This sounds as if it was written by some first semester paralegal. The maid and any evidence she has is irrelevant. What matters for criminal charges is the list of prescriptions, the name of his doctors and the dates Rush acquired his prescription drugs.
