I don't need convincing about ties between Saddam and al Qaeda. Just as I don't need convincing about ties between the Iranian regime and al Qaeda. You're preaching to the choir. I don't like Powell's and Armitage's remarks regarding Iran. You never know what's going to come out of mouths.

It wouldn't break my heart to see Colin Powell depart and a shake-up at DOS to get rid of all the Islamists there, but this thread story is pure unadulterated crap. The one undeniable truth of middle east terrorism is that it is 100% state sponsored and that every single Moslem state is guilty of participation in that sponsorship. After suffering through 25 years of acts of war by terrorists, America has finally had enough and is at war with ALL of these terrorists, not
just al Qa'ida and the perpetrators of 9-11.
