Former State Department intelligence official Greg Thielmann told the July 12, 2003 Boston Globe that the Bush administration’s assertion was just plain false. "There was no significant pattern of cooperation between Iraq and the al Qaeda terrorist operation,’’ Thielmann concluded.

Why did Mr. Thielmann insert the word "significant?"

Because there indeed was a pattern of cooperation between Iraq and Al Qaeda.

This pathetic attack makes me furious. As history has taught anyone that is willing to learn. 50 years AFTER Pearl Harbor, finally the truth was learned.
