Actually the Adkins craze is pumping up a whole new industry in meat and eggs again.. and will spur a host of new small businesses that are flexible enough to jump onto the innovations in bread, desserts, pastas, prepackaging meals, snacks, and.. sigh..cookbooks.. :)
