Hehe, in my case the works isn't nearly as hard for me as watching what I eat.

Over the years I probably tried 10-12 different diets, none of which gave me lasting success and then I just started exercising more. That was 70 pounds and 22 years ago. I haven't deviated over my "ideal" weight +/- 2 pounds since.

It works for me, in my particular case everything else seemed to have some downside.

But I'm a firm believer that there's no single diet that's made for everyone. In my case I suspect that Atkins would clobber my cholesterol and I wouldn't have nearly the carbs I need but it sure seems like it works for a lot of people.

Wow! You've managed to keep 70 pounds off for over 20 years?
Congratulations!

When is your book coming out? ;)
