this cant be for real...geeeeeeeeeeeeeeez leave the troops alone ...let em blow of some steam...granted my conduct in the military wasnt always perfect, the troops of today im sure were/are better behaved than my generation..last thing we need to do is micro manage their off time too. IMHO

Since soldiers are soldiers 24/7, they are not at liberty to lower their professional bearing after hours.
