Any country, set of leaders, and population that continually allows these horrors to occur is most certainly dead.

It will only stop when men of courage, willing to do what is neccessary to ensure the safety of Israel are elected and put in charge.

Of course, it means ejecting all the arabs back to Jordan and a full on war with Syria. Targeted assassinations seem to get thier attention. Maybe a Mossad hit on boy Assad is called for. As an example.
