Why is this happening again right before they carry out a prisoner exchange?

I understand that Israelis feel it necessary to retrieve all of their citizens dead or alive, but they can't allow this barbarism to continue. And they can't continue to negotiate with cheerleaders for homicidal maniacs. They need to DO Somethig drastic, now.
