Is openly and admittedly breaking your oath of office an impeachable offense? In my opinion, signing into law a bill that one admits is unconstitutional is such an impeachable breach.

CFR is W's undeniable sin. He may be a better President than Clinton, but his breach is worse than Clinton's perjury and obstruction.
