They arent going to charge Rush, they are just going to attack him and try to slander him. It is doubtful that it will really hurt him though because most people either love him or hate him there isnt really any middle ground so to speak.This is really turning into a non-story except to point out that you cant trust police officers to do the right thing they are just as corrupt as the lawyers they work with!

Did anyone really expect the media to come to his defense?
I have only heard Sean Hannity come to his defense, and while it is possible that there have been others, none come to mind.

Most media people are jealous of his success, and are probably hoping that he is taken out of the picture, so that they can have his #1 spot!
