At one time the Republican Party wanted to drive a stake through the heart of the National Endowment for the Arts, now it appears that Bush43 is not listening to Van Helsing and is actually breathing life back into the monster.
It appears that Bush43 and BC'04 is standing there, with there hands on their hips, saying:"I double dog dare ya to not vote for me. I can do anything, and you will put your tail between your legs and lick my fingers because you hate the alternative so much."
I ask you: Is this the man who ran four years ago as a conservative? Would you have voted for him four years ago if you knew that this administration would turn out this way? Is the tax cut and the war on terror enough to make up for all the things that are coming forward now?

I'm sorry, but the histrionics and overreaction on this thread from a few words in a Drudge report are nauseating.
This board has become a sounding place for malcontents, and an every bump in the night is reacted to as feigned emotional outrage.
I will continue to support this President because he is a strong Commander in Chief, because he is conducting a War on Terror that is keeping us all free, because he is honorable, courageous and deserves my respect.
If this forum has turned into a place where healthy dialogue and disagreement has been replaced by the rantings of the unhinged (as witnessed on this and a hundred other threads), then I don't want to be part of it.
I suggest you work hard to find a candidate who meets ALL your qualifications for 2008, if you are so dissatisfied. But I am going to work in 2004 to reelect George W. Bush as if my life (and my family's) depends on it..........because it DOES.
