According to its Financial Summary for FY 2002, the National Endowment of the Arts received almost a $100 million dollars from the Federal Government.

Thanks. I was just looking it up myself. It looks like it's gonna be just under 130 million for 2004.

According to its Financial Summary for FY 2002, the National Endowment of the Arts received almost a $100 million dollars from the Federal Government. That would have paid for at least 1,000 border gaurds (a 40% increase and 40,000 handguns for airline pilots ( a 95% increase) which we do not presently have deployed during our current "war on terror". 'Bout says it all.
