I was actually surveyed by Arbitron several weeks ago. I had a little journal to fill out, indicating what I listened to. I put down the Bob Grant show on 710 WOR for every weekday. And that was ALL I put down. Oh wait, in the comment section I made some obnxious derogatory remarks about Imus.

I suspect the RATS are howling with anger too. No wonder those RATS are out to put him out of business.

These numbers are astonishing for a supposedly maxxed-out mature market show, indicating the amazing el Rushbo has is actually no where near his peak.
Rush makes new radio history every day. What an incredible guy! ...especially doing all this "with one hand tied behind his back," while battling serious medical problems!
The rats must be defecating in their panties, especially since they are putting their money on that affectless semi-psychotic Al Franken as the supposed nemesis of Rush in an unfunny propaganda national network, soon to fail.

Higher ratings can mean that Rush can charge more for the same minutes of commercials, or that he can add more minutes of commercials without losing too many listeners.
I hope he has enough loyalty to his listeners to refrain from adding more commercials.
