I would absolutely hate to be on the opposite end of Mark Levin in a lawsuit. The prosecutors are going to get their asses kicked (and even though I'm also a prosecutor, I say, "good"!).

Let me see-you're a prosecutor, and your FR name is "GreatOne". Are you Mr. Levin????

Wait until Roy Black hits the county with a 7 figure civil lawsuit for the unlawful disclosure of confidential information. That would kill two birds with one stone. Any pursuit of criminal charges against Rush would certainly be moved from the jurisdiction of this slimeball if both the prosecutor and the county are also defendants in a civil case\. Last but not least, The threat of a million dollar lawsuit may be enough to cause them to lose interest in Rush. Rush has enough money to make a civil suit drag on and get really ugly and I am sure they (prosecutor and county officials) don't want to have to answer questions regarding this investigation under oath. The BS immunity deal that is protecting Rush's accuser was probably not a coincidence. Food for thought.
