You are incorrect. Were we wrong about Hallabjah? Were we wrong about programs? We're we wrong that Saddam worked hard to deceive us about what he had? Were we wrong that he was in violation of 1441?
When you say, "We were wrong about WMD," you are collapsing and over-simplifying the argument. We were right about a great deal. We were wrong (probably) about "large stockpiles" and Blair was wrong (probably) about the "45 minutes." But we were right about most of it. If in the future we come to a similar situation, I would say "Open Fire."
