Actually, it's not necessarily the bottom line.
It's quite noticeable when people take what they want out of this and other hearings. I do that myself.
However, it seems that you missed the part where Kay said we could still find WMD. OR, they could be so well hidden we will NEVER find them. The absence of evidence does not mean there isn't any evidence.
