Why is this one being leaked ?Silly, me. Its probably because it highlights that Bush is a miserable failure. I'm getting too slow on the uptake.

To tip off bin Laden deliberately and start putting him in motion. When he moves, he is exposed. When he moves, people will talk and tongues will wag. When he moves, operational security is reduced.
One other thing; this will tip us off as to whether OBL or al-Zawahiri are in Iran or not.
