Uh, Don, todays demo party is not Humphrey's demo party. They have been taken over by the leftists such as Kerry.

You're right, of course. Today's demo party isn't Humphrey's demo party. The bigger problem is that today's GOP party ain't even Humphrey's demo party. It has moved that far to the left.

That was the point I was trying to convey, and I thank you for underscoring it.

The spectrum has moved so far to the left that today's "Republicans" are way to the left of yesteryear's "Liberals".

Huh I didn't know such Republican proposals such as privatizing social security or medical savings accounts were liberal.

Why do you spout such stuff. You know that Humphrey would not be for those things.
