Forget giving the hospital the unmanageable acre (too far away to do a FL hospital any good), just let an illegal alien "family" pitch their tent there.

Good idea.
I believe that most of the money will go to the border states hospitals, where most of the illegals go for treatment. Like some say, the Mexicans come over from Mexico and go to the hospitals, get treated then head back to Mexico.
