Yeah. She emailed me the next day because she obviously couldn't reach me on the phone. So I called her from my dad's house and that's when she told me all about it -- and how she and her fiance had a major in-depth interview with the FBI. She knows which hijackers she saw, and they were on the plane that hit the north tower, the one whose glass came down on me.
As for these tapes, I don't know if releasing them publicly was a good idea.

The tapes exhibit the basic goodness and concern of people who live with freedom and responsibility. There's a great message in there. I think they should be played 24/7.

It's a matter of perspective.
I can understand how painful it might be for you but for those of us who are disconnected from NY and have no chance of seeing the WTC site then it is good that the tape was released. It might also inspire ScotchBible to start his file collection.
It also serves as a good reminder to all of us that we must never forget and not become complacent.
