I see only one course of action avalible to the British Government at this point.
Ban the guns.....
Oh wait, they already did that.
Well, the only LOGICAL step would be to go to the UN and have them Ban Guns in the USA, since all gun crime in England seems to come from the US.
I think they're working on that.
