THE first fully automatic handgun to surface in the UK - capable of firing 1,100 rounds a minute - has been seized in a police raid.
Assuming you can change the freaking 19 round magazine that fast! It would take 58 magazines to fire 1100 rounds.

1100 rpm terrifies the good citizens, explaining that it would take 58 mags to do it just confuses the "issue" and might make them stop and think.
We can't have that, (citizens thinking) why next thing you know they'll want to be able to defend themselves from criminals...
