THAT is George Bush. I'll never forget the first time I saw a one on one interview of George Bush - probably in 1998-1999. The guy killed me. Of course, being from Texas I can identify with him. My favorite is his imitation of the woman murderer that was put to death in Texas.

The murderer's name was Carla Faye Tucker. She became a born again Christian in prison but was put to death at her appointed time.

Ah, but some took offense to that. My favorite Bush quip is this one given in a press conference:
"Q: What kind of message does it send to the people of other countries that you have the death penalty in Texas?
A: It sends the message - if you come to Texas, dont kill anyone."
