It is your logic that is convoluted.
I have spent countless hours at this forum supporting the President, I voted for the President in 2000. I voted for the President for a small price; that he would represent the interests of the American people, and defend the Constitution.
Save your breath. The extreme right is as wacky as the extreme left. They and only they are right on every issue. If you disagree on one issue, to them you are the enemy. They got Clinton elected and now they are working on Kerry or Dean or Edwards as the next POTUS.
The propensity of you and others to deflect blame in the case of a failed election is becoming downright sickening.
Next thing you know, the Republicans incorporate abortion as a party platform, and people fail to show up to vote for them. You'll undoubtably accuse them of "handing the election over to the Democrats."
Take a good hard look in the mirror before you do so....and quit blaming us for the failings of leaders we asked to do what is right for America.
You are not the party faithful, and you are going to find that out the hard way.
Like I said, don't place blame on those who see this amnesty as a disaster. Mark my words, you won't see a Republican in the White House for a long, long time to come because of it.
It won't be because of me, and others who feel as I do. It will be because of a sudden, large demographic shift that is going to give the other side an insurmountable edge in sheer numbers.
It will be squarely on the shoulders of you and policy makers who think an "R" before their name is all they need to get our vote. Dream on pal.
She'll be there because of your most gracious gift, not because of me. Just watch how the demographics break down as to what groups voted for her when the time arrives. The Princess of Pandering is going to smoke you, and bad.
