It is a FACT, that the limit on withdrawls,that triggers bank notification to the Fed Gov., which is what you're talking about, re Rush, has been in force, since at least the '80s!
Banking surveilance (among other things) has increased since the patriot act went into effect (it's basically the old 'know your customer' stuff that caused such outrage when Clinton tried it) My point is that we are under increasing government tracking (surveilance) of every thing we do.
