Arafat should have been dead a long time ago but if Israel kills him then they are at war with all their neighbours. Arafat is holed up in his compound and not at Camp David because of this President.

That has been the basics for US policy the entire time. That is zero change in policy. It is a warning to both China and Taiwan not to do anything. The only change was that he said it to the Chinese leader directly in his face.
The AIDS money is going straight to some dictator's bank account or will be used by him to solidify his position.
