I have sent many, MANY emails to the WH, as well as made calls to congressmen, etc.

But that's not enough for these people; they seem to demand some sort of public repudiation of Bush from those of us who refuse to go over the cliff with them.

It's amusing to me that, altough they accuse us of marching in lockstep, that, apparently is just what they want from us, to march lockstep with them. They seem thoroughly offended because people have opinions differing from theirs.

Well, I think it goes back to the whole conservative vs. republican thing. The common misconception is that all republicans are conservative, and all conservatives are republican. And that simply isn't true.

Because it is much easier to resort to stereotypes and name calling than to engage in passionate, rational, and logical debate. We are all guilty of this.
