Thanks for the link, Condor51. A lot of people don't know that whitehouse.gov is a tremendous resource even if one is not interested in politics. There's a kids area. And it's a great site for students, historical researchers, etc.

While I can't state as fact, I doubt WILLARD was this open about his administration's antics actions. And I personally like the EO dated February 17, 2001 revoking Billy Jeff's EO 12933 which was outright pandering to the trade unions and communistic in nature.
