I met a former democrat who had, in his words, made the mistake of voting for gore. He says the thing that makes him certain he will vote for Bush this time around is the image of Bush walking along off of marine 1 on 9/11. That image conveyed all he needed to know about the man.

This is a man with two kids and a wife. He said no way would a democrat make him trust his families national security with them.

I call him a model for the Daddy vote.
