Veg/beef soup, thick with veggies. I did a chuck roast up yesterday, then turned the left overs into soup from my 'saved' frozen veggies, left over from several different meals.
It never warmed up here today, yesterday was 62, if we hit mid 30's today it will surprise me.

Ummmmm, sounds so good - love vegetable beef soup! (and potato soup, and chicken soup, and split pea soup, and tortilla soup, and broccoli cheese soup, and.....I like soup - homemade!) :)
