Private medical records aside, I don't see how Rush can squirm out of these charges.
What charges? With every passing day and new piece of information it looks more and more like the only drugs Rush took were those obtained by perscription. The SA would not have gotten his own butt in a sling like this if he had something to work with.
IMHO he will continue his fishing expedition hoping to find something, but no charges will ever be filed.

I haven't been able to keep up on the latest info, but I thought Rush's problems stemmed from the Enquirer articles use of emails and telephone transcripts to show Rush was feeding his problem with "shopped" prescription drugs. Is this no longer the case?
