The AG's office did not create a written record. But they did refer the SAO to the Florida Bar, and the Bar's response is the most important. It clearly contradicts what the SAO said, and the SAO's statement was no error. It was a lie intended to mislead, an abuse of office, and a violation of ethics rules.

it is important to note, the SA created a memo to file. That memo is now important. If they alter the memo, delete the memo, or tamper with the memo it is also a violation of the ethics rules. That effort can be used as proof.
Also, before anyone says the SA will just have a fall guy. The Attorney in charges is responsible for all those under him. (lawyer AND non-lawyer).
