I thought that pellet stoves had to have power to feed the pellets. Don't they have a hooper that feeds the stove via an auger or push shceme run by a motor?

I really don't know. It's our neighbors that have one. All I know is that they are happy with it.

I did some checking Revel and you are correct. The pellet stoves require electricty to run the feeder/hopper. Thanks for catching my error.
