Just to be clear, I do not believe the Twin Towers were brought down with pre-positioned demolition explosives, but it is interesting. I believe that in each tower, at the damage area from plane impact, floors collapsed and stacked. In the WTC, one floor resting on the floor below it would have overloaded the lower floor by more than 30%, causing a chain reaction of overloaded floors plunging towards the ground, accelerating until impact.
