Posting a date and time for an attack is NOT AQ's MO. This time may be different, we will see. I think everyone is too focused on specific dates. When you look at everything in the bigger picture, you should still be concerned about the near-term... but focusing on a specific date has rarely gotten anyone anywhere.
Is this time different? Should we expect an attack by the time the "clock" runs out? Only time will tell. I believe the current threat is very real and I would be extremely hesitant to breath a sigh of relief on Feb 4th when nothing has happened.
