ok, I'll give you that one, but what would they really see? if a nuke goes off in houston, the TV feed from the game will go black in a flash and they will cut to Dan Rather.

if a nuke goes off in houston, the TV feed from the game will go black in a flash and they will cut to Dan Rather.

While CBS has the "exclusive" pics from inside the stadium, damn near every network and every television station in the country (if not on the planet) will have a crew on hand.

The Super Bowl has the single largest audience every year. You want attention, you got it. Not only that, you screw with all that money spent on commercials, and you'll hear the entire advertising and marketing industry collapse half a continent away.

Finally, you wanna scare the living spit outta the whole nation? Kill about 100,000 or so on national television - doesn't matter where they are, as long as they're in one place, it doesn't matter.

I'm scared spitless about this weekend (and I'm a rabid football fan!).

The bad guys' goal is to scare us enough to pull out of the ME; barring that, they'll do their level best to wipe us out. They don't give a flying fart whether the Americans they kill are in DC or NY or wherever.

That being said, if we can get through next week without a peep from the bad guys, I'll probably begin to roll my eyes at all of this. They keep promising, but not delivering.

I'm not asking for it, but I'm tired of this crap.
