That is how I interpreted it also. Maybe, he is saying that we will not be able to stop it. We will not have any foreknowledge of the specific attack.

Yes the latest EOM message bothers me a lot. I do not think it's going to be one day of attacks alone. It could very well start today and continue for a couple days. If Charlotte is not attacked in some way, I'll be very surprised but glad. My son lives there. My husband works 10 miles from the nuke plant. We live 35 minutes from Charlotte.
