LORD,
I think it would be wonderfully funny, if at half time, the teams came back out--and lined up to begin play at the--what is it--the 50 yard line? . . .
and your HOLY SPIRIT FELL AND felled each team member and large portions of the stadium while an angelic host appeard over the stadium and Heavenly music saturated the area with unheard of Heavenly music for the next 2-3 hours.
If that's remotely possible, Lord, let it be. What a blast. What fun!
Certainly, Lord, sabotage any and all destructive plans regarding the event. Cause all the evil ones to be exposed and fall in their own holes.
But more importantly--HAVE YOUR WAY WITH THE EVENT AND CAUSE YOUR NAME TO BE GLORIFIED AND YOUR SON TO BE LIFTED UP.
IN JESUS' NAME, Amen.

Heavenly Father, we return to give You thanks for increased vigilance as this weekend approaches. I pray, most Merciful Father, that You would place a special hedge around these United States, for this would be a celebratory weekend, but there are those who would want to turn celebration into devastation. May none of any such plans succeed, not by merit of our own, but that we stand united under the Lordship of Christ for the protection of freedom loving people everywhere.
Refresh those who stand guard, for they have stood watch these many months ... give the greatest clarity in the exchanges of information among the nations, that it would be fruitful ... bring to light those still hidden in the shadows, that they could no longer plan or cause harm. Give such a hunger to people everywhere for freedom and liberty, that multitudes would join in the war against terrorism. Lead us to success, Creator God, that we not be overtaken by evil, but that we might overtake evil with good. In the Name of Jesus, I pray, Amen ...

How'd you hear about the celbrations? Could it be just a rumor?
If this is true:
Anyone in that area who can keep an eye on the muslim folks?

I'm in that area. We also have a large muslim pop here at Bowling Green State University, which is where I'm located, and at University of Toledo, just north of here. Both are about an hour south of A2. I'm through A2 several times a week on the way to East Lansing (another very large muslim pop) and back. Always have my eyes open for anything unusual.

Related story... btw events in the US are intimately tied to what happens or does not happen in Saudi Arabia over the next few days.

Saudi Arabia says ready for anything at haj
By Andrew Hammond
MECCA, Saudi Arabia (Reuters) - Saudi Arabia said on Tuesday it was prepared to confront any threats to the security of two million Muslims gathering for the annual haj pilgrimage.
"We are ready for anything that could happen," Interior Minister Prince Nayef bin Abdul-Aziz said after a tour of the holy city of Mecca to check facilities for the pilgrims.
This year's haj is the first since suicide bombings in the Saudi capital Riyadh killed more than 50 people last year and also follows the U.S. invasion of Iraq which has drawn Muslim militants towards Saudi Arabia's northern neighbour.
Diplomats say the Saudi government is deeply worried the haj, which in past years has been plagued by stampedes and accidents, could become a target for attack or be used as a cover for militants to infiltrate the kingdom.
"We always say there is no guarantee that nothing could happen but we trust the security forces to be able to do their job," Prince Nayef told reporters.
"All efforts are being made to secure the house of God. In past years and this year we give confidence to the pilgrims so they can safely carry out their rituals."
Most of the 1.2 million pilgrims expected from all over the world have already passed through the huge tented haj terminal at Jeddah airport, near the Red Sea coast. The rest of the two million pilgrims will be residents of the kingdom.
Saudi Health Minister Hamad al-Manei said on Tuesday extra precautions were being taken to prevent the entry of any pilgrims affected by the Asian bird flu virus.
ANTI-TERROR FORCES
Around 5,000 troops including anti-terrorist forces in black balaclavas, elite special forces and crowd control personnel performed a march past Prince Nayef on the plain of Arafat, one of the main pilgrimage sites.
Nayef did not say how many troops in total would be deployed to keep the pilgrims safe. Any attack on Muslims in Mecca by supporters of Saudi-born militant Osama bin Laden's al Qaeda network would be a blow to the Saudi ruling family's authority.
Last November Prince Nayef said a cache of weapons and explosives uncovered in Mecca could have been prepared for attacks against pilgrims.
Earlier this month one of several captured militants shown on state television said he had been taken to a training camp outside Mecca. But Prince Nayef denied that any such camps had existed anywhere in the kingdom.
"We have no camps for training or terrorism today or yesterday," he said.
The main rites of the five-day pilgrimage begin on Friday.
Haj is an obligation for every able-bodied Muslim who can afford to make the trip.

Also, there has been a clash between Saudi security forces and a jihadist cell in Riyadh. Five Saudi officers were killed, one jihadist captured.
Watch Saudi Arabia very closely for the next 5 days.

Thanks for the recommendations. I ran around ticking and unticking as you suggested.

Thanks rickylc! Please keep us aware of anything strange out there. It would be most appreciated.
There is a mosque close by here. Maybe I'll start driving by on my way to and from work. Don't know if I could pick out anything unusual though.

All great advice, brucecw. (P.S. In the recent past, I was more of a Morpheus person once Napster was out, but I know the same precaution applies to that as to Kazaa.)

Oakridge is about 45 minutes away from Chattanooga.
To: Pro-Bush
To be honest, Pro-Bush, I don't know enough regarding the many aspects of the end times, but you're to be commended for your studies.
Matthew 24:43-44
"But know this, that if the householder had known in what part of the night the thief was coming, he would have watched and would not have let his house be broken into. Therefore you also must be ready; for the Son of man is coming at an hour you do not expect."
That's a certainty ... He is coming again when we least expect Him. Matthew 24 is awesome.

That is too funny! It has to be a joke post, no? Remember the joke posting on one of the English boards from "usama" in which the poster said some bigmouth had lips "looser than a whore in Marakesh" or something very similar?!
