Hey which counties are those? My folks are in Spencer County. Dad said they got about an inch of ice last night.

Bullitt is right below Louisville. Washington is two counties due east of Fort Knox. Meade Co. (Brandenburg/Fort Knox) had the ARC shelters open.

EVERY county in KY reported ice problems, but these were the worst.
