Men shake hands, hug, bow, but men don't kiss each other on the lips in any Western or Far Eastern civilized culture, except the culture of the Castro district of San Francisco. Hollywood is sick in more ways than one and it shows!

Russian men kiss each other all the time. I'll never forget the first time I saw it happen, at the Olympics. A male gymnast had just done his routine and as he walked back, he kissed all the men on his team, and his male coach.

I couldn't believe it, it looked so disgusting! But then a Russian friend of mine told me that it was just a greeting, and was common in Russia.

Yuck!
