First of all, this character should be tortured until he talks. Secondly, I would display digits from Saddam himself for every American soldier that is killed henceforth. Then his ears, arms and legs.

THAT'S a great idea. Unfortunately, we feel compelled to play by the rules of the Geneva Convention; very few other countries labor under such constraints. Sad.
